Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Twisted Hurricane, LLC, we take pride in our unique, custom-printed products. Each item is printed on-demand just for you, and as a result, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Debbie@TwistedHurricane.com with details and photos of the product and the defect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving your order, we recommend you inspect it right away. If there is an issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can address and rectify the situation.

Please note: we will not be able to assist with items that have been worn/washed, or if the contact is made more than 48 hours after delivery.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at Debbie@TwistedHurricane.com.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Item Policy

DIGITAL ITEM POLICY

Twisted Hurricane, LLC offers a variety of digital products, and we appreciate your interest in them. However, due to the nature of these products, it's important to understand our policies regarding their purchase and use.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads are files that are made available for you to download after purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All sales of digital products downloaded through the Twisted Hurricane, LLC website are final. Due to their nature, digital items cannot be returned or 'un-downloaded', so we do not offer refunds on these products. Please make sure to read all available information about a digital product before making your purchase.

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT
When you purchase a digital item from Twisted Hurricane, LLC, you are buying a license to use the item, not the item itself. This license gives you the right to use the item within the limitations outlined in the item's description or in the documentation that comes with the item. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you do not have the right to re-sell or distribute the item, or to claim it as your own.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
While we make every effort to ensure that our digital products are compatible with a range of devices and software applications, we cannot guarantee that they will work on all systems. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties that may arise from the use of our digital products.
