Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

At Twisted Hurricane, LLC, we take pride in our unique, custom-printed products. Each item is printed on-demand just for you, and as a result, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Given the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Debbie@TwistedHurricane.com with details and photos of the product and the defect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving your order, we recommend you inspect it right away. If there is an issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can address and rectify the situation.

Please note: we will not be able to assist with items that have been worn/washed, or if the contact is made more than 48 hours after delivery.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at Debbie@TwistedHurricane.com.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
